I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not in a hygienic condition but had a great wifi connection. The service, unfortunately, involved a rude argument with another customer, which was frustrating. However, the bell desk service and the make-up service were satisfactory. The hotel's location was excellent, being a short distance from the mosque and close to the Prophet's mosque. On the downside, the proximity to the women's area was noted. Overall, the facilities were decent, with laundry services available.
